Mary is extremely professional, communicative and pleasant to deal with.
When she first onboarded us, we discussed our expectations and she laid out a plan to seamlessly transition us over as her new client and a plan to deal with our tenant.
Mary is also very proactive and keeps us in the know if there are upcoming inspections and ongoing issues without us even asking. She also has very sound advice to share when we were dealing with our tenant.
If there is a question on our end, she will email back promptly within a reasonable time frame.
She is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a property manager in the Blacktown area. My only regret is not meeting her sooner!
