We chose to advertise our place at the wrong time - winter, whilst raining the whole week & during school holidays. With only a 2 week notice period, once again, Mary fast tracked the process by ensuring to coordinate her best photographer / placed our property on the market in readiness for inspection. The level of care, diligence & going above/beyond with communicating her strategy & challenges as well as providing reassurances was once again SECOND TO NONE. Additionally, Paula was equally amazing in reeling in the right tenant and providing the level of detail every step of the way. Thank you once again KORA Property, even in the most unfavourable situation, you guys always manage to deliver the best outcome. I’m speechless with the attention, upkeep & granular experience.
