Communication is exceptional!!
I came across Mary from a recommendation on a box hill group page and knew straight away I was going to go with her to manage the property. Very polite and friendly, explained everything in great detail and didn’t rush me off the phone even though it was late phone call. Communication is exceptional!! Which was the main thing I was after.
The rest of the team that I’ve dealt with including Paula and Charlotte have also been amazing!

Easily Approachable
We a family of three leased a property through Kora property.
The dealing was very professional and transparent. During the times when we needed, both Mary and Paula were easily approachable. We stayed in the property for around 1.5 years.
After our stay in Sydney we moved abroad.
The end of lease agreement and bond release was very fair and convenient.
I can say that they were one of the few people outside my family whom we could trust in Australia.

My only regret is not meeting her sooner!
I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication and service with our old property manager so I was recommended to Kora Property.
I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mary.
Mary is extremely professional, communicative and pleasant to deal with.
When she first onboarded us, we discussed our expectations and she laid out a plan to seamlessly transition us over as her new client and a plan to deal with our tenant.
Mary is also very proactive and keeps us in the know if there are upcoming inspections and ongoing issues without us even asking. She also has very sound advice to share when we were dealing with our tenant.
If there is a question on our end, she will email back promptly within a reasonable time frame.
She is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a property manager in the Blacktown area. My only regret is not meeting her sooner!
