SOLD - U20/37 Balmoral Road, Northmead NSW 2152 - What a journey we have had!
Debbie and Tim was introduced to us by one of our lovely landlord clients.
The lovely sun filled Northmead unit was the family home of Debbie and Tim who had outgrown the unit with the arrival of their second child.
They signed up with us in May 2021 and we promptly place the property on the rental market.
Steve, single tenant relocating from Central Coast occupied the unit, as he wanted a place close to his daughter and family. We adored Steve and his OCD and each routine inspection was a joy to see the lovely colour coordinated stacked dishes, to scented candles and perfect towel display in bathrooms! Love found Steve and we wished him well!
Next come Paul... who previously lived at friends studio. Paul may look a bit rough around the edges but he truly is the most loveliest and gentle hearted person you can ever met! He also had OCD! We love his handmade furniture, his unique collectors items and he added (with the landlord's permission) handles to the kitchen cabinets.. coming from the industry it was beautifully installed.
Unfortunately much to Paul's disappointment, we received the call one day from Debbie, advising us of their decision to sell. So we assisted Paul out to his new home.
We were fortunate to be given the privilege to sell the unit with C21 team Martin and Nima.
Then we met Matt and Aeysha who fell in love with the unit at first inspection! And in between placing a deposit and settlement, the beautiful couple welcomed their first baby boy - Jack!
Once again this unit has become a family home to a beautiful young family and their furbaby Max!
The unit may be made out of bricks and mortar but to us at Kora Property, it tells us a beautiful story... a home to young growing family, a home to Steve and then first-time renting home to Paul and now this sun-filled unit is home once again to a beautiful young family who we know will fill it with laughter and love.
